Global dynamic of spatio-temporal fractional order SEIR model

چکیده
The global analysis of a spatio-temporal fractional order SEIR infection epidemic model is studied and analyzed in this paper. dynamics the described by four partial differential equations with derivative diffusion. our describe evolution susceptible, exposed, infected recovered individuals taking into account spatial diffusion for each compartment. At first, we will prove existence uniqueness solution using results fixed point theorem, equilibrium points are established presented according to R0. Next, bornitude positivity solutions proposed established. Using Lyapunov direct method it has been proved that stability depends mainly on basic reproduction number Finally, numerical simulations performed validate theoretical results.
